The Data Collection List form shows us that only 3 employees for 2 different IDs have been collected for the activity "Tickets".

The "Done" button navigates the user back to the Data Collection form.

Let's select the "Done" button and then the "Done" button again to get back to the Main Menu. On the Main Menu we'll select the "Admin" button.
