Asset Tracking was designed to be used on a device running Palm OS™ v.3.2 or later but may be used on other devices using the Palm OS™. Asset Tracking works with Standard Symbol SPT 1500/1700/1740 Laser Barcode Readers and Palm™ handhelds or Palm Powered™ handhelds (e.g. Palm III or a Visor handheld PDA). This application will help you locate a particular inventory item, list all the items in a particular location or list all your inventory items.

Main Menu Form
	The Main Menu form is the starting point to the application. From here you can view all your assets, add a new asset or perform administrative functions. We are showing a registered version of Asset Tracking here, if this was a 30-day trial version the title would be "Main Menu *** Demo ***". The "i" button contains information on how to contact Cougar Software Solutions and the version of Asset Tracking. The "Assets" button navigates the user to a new form listing all their assets. The "New Asset" button navigates the user to a new form where detailed information is gathered for each asset. The "Admin" button navigates the user to a form where the Admin password needs to be entered and validated before entering the Admin forms. Let's add a new asset by selecting the "New Asset" button.
