The four count fields are configurable in the Admin functionality. Here they are being used to collect Mite, Mite Egg, Aphid, and Typh counts. These are the counts that you can view averages on through the "Stats" button we found on page 1 of the Main form. If the count fields are left blank, they are defaulted to 0 when stored in the database.

The number buttons are here to help data entry without having to use a stylus.

The "Cancel" button navigates back to page 1 of the Main form.

The "Previous" button navigates back to page 1 of the Leaf Data form.

The "Next" button navigates to page 3 of the Leaf Data form.
