The Tracking - Check Out form
requires input for the condition of the item and date of checkout
(defaults to today), plus who is checking the item out. The location
of the item is optional.
The "Out By:" entry field may be used for a persons name or initials. The current default is "CheckOutPerson", which is modifiable within the "Admin" section of Tracker. CheckOutPerson will be checking out the item in New condition by setting the appropriate values and selecting the "Check Out" button. The Hammer Drill is being checked out to CSS Construction. |
